Peer Review Process

Submitted manuscripts are received by the Editor-in-chief who directly manages the manuscript. The editor decides whether manuscript fits the aims and scope of the journal or not. Therefore, the manuscript is checked for scientific content, plagiarisms, language and journal style. Up to three experts in the field of the manuscript, form the editorial board, will review it to provide validation.

When the Editor-in-chief see that the manuscripts meet the journal criteria, then he selects the reviewers (The review strategy is double-blind) and guide the paper through revision stages.

Reviewers will read the manuscript, write their notes and provide the journal editor with a detailed and useful comments (if there is a split decision between the two reviewers, the manuscript sent to a third one).

The Editor-in-chief decides if the manuscripts accepted or rejected based on the reviewer’s recommendations.
